ABOUT US
Our Mission. Our Team.
Originally incorporated in 2013 when our mission was to help over 2,500 older TV writers find new employment and networking opportunities, we have since widened our mandate to include helping other creatives navigate an age-biased creative environment.
Our Board of Directors is highly accomplished in entertainment and age discrimination advocacy, with some of our directors possessing over 25 years of experience in fighting ageism. Each one of our Directors is dedicated to the mission and vision of Age Inclusion in Media and to being an advocate for creatives who are too afraid to speak out.
